The organisers of the Big Brother Africa Stargame have been accused of systematically eliminating Nigeria’s last representative in the House, Goldie.
Goldie’s fellow Kennis Music label-mate, Kenny St. Best (formerly known as Kenny St. Brown aka Mrs. Brown), made this allegations during her press conference which took place at the Protea Hotel, Ikeja.
According to the NET, KSB said Goldie exhibited all the qualities needed to clinch the BBA top price but was robbed because the organisers were not comfortable with the idea of Nigeria winning the competition one more time.
“I think they didn’t even let us know if she had the least votes from the number of people that were on the eviction list. I just think she was being robbed and I don’t see her being robbed, I see Nigeria being robbed of the opportunity of winning again,” she said.
The Turn Me Around gospel artiste continued saying, “We’ve heard that they didn’t want Nigeria to win. They didn’t even let us know if she had the least votes from the number of people that were on the eviction list… All the qualities were there, so I think she was denied.”
Meanwhile, Goldie’s love interest in the Big Brother House, Prezzo, appears to be missing her already. The Kenyan rap artiste while paying cards with Keitta couldn’t help but sing along to Goldie’s song, Say My Name.
Prezzo was so engrossed in the song that he didn’t bother to answer Keitta when the latter asked him to imagine Goldie walking into the House.
Goldie who was the celebrity housemate from Nigeria, was evicted on Sunday, July 15, 2012 after spending 68 days and reigning as head of House three times.
