Chelsea have been told they must dramatically raise their offer for Nigerian Winger Victor Moses if they want to sign him. The Blues have offered around £4million for the Wigan star but that was rejected on Monday [June 18] night.
They will now consider a second bid for the winger but Chairman Dave Whelan will attempt to hold out for close to £10m.

Chelsea have been told they must dramatically raise their offer for Nigerian Winger Victor Moses if they want to sign him. The Blues have offered around £4million for the Wigan star but that was rejected on Monday [June 18] night.
