Pop star Mariah Carey is taking over at the troubled TV talent show"American Idol" after Aerosmith's Steven Tyler and pop divaJennifer Lopez quit as judges.
"It's gonna be so much fun working on @AmericanIdol. As a singer-songwriter, I'm excited to help find and nurture new talent," Carey Tweeted.
